Drink Water

This New Year, drink more water!  Everyone in your family can benefit from drinking more water.  Staying hydrated helps your brain function properly and physical performance.  Drink a glass of water 30 minutes before a meal to feel more full.  Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and make sure you send a water bottle to school with your kids.
